Rollers
Standard Rollers for a conveyor frame are 51mm or 2” diameter. They are available in PVC (25kg capacity), Black Steel and Galvanized Steel in both Medium (140kg capacity) and Heavy Duty (200kg capacity). There is a variety to suit varying applications or conditions. Stainless steel rollers are also available which are ideal for wet or corrosive applications.
Spring loaded axles slot into holes along the frame. On PVC and Medium Duty Rollers one end is a D shape and the other is round allowing for simple removal and replacement of damaged rollers.
Standard Gravity Conveyor Rollers are at 3 pitches – 79mm, 115mm, and 158mm (or multiples of these).
