Scrapers

Scrapers, or Conveyor Belt cleaners are used in heavy-duty quarry and mining applications to remove and reduce sticky tiny material from the conveyor belt.
They are designed to withstand wear from high speed belts and abrasive materials whilst protecting the valuable belt surface.

Primary Cleaners

The scraping blade is made of polyurethane compound rubber. Its low friction coefficient food in corrosion-resistance, higher in strength and without damaging the belt, especially steel cord belt.

They have higher flexibility and the spring tension has the function for automatic compensation and shock absorption.
The modular design enables the blades to be assembled and fixed without use of screws thus facilitating maintenance and replacement.

The pressure scaling indication device can show the contact pressure of the blade at any time for timely and effective adjustment.
